What we need

I'm looking for a collateral piece about our organizational services that makes our services easier to understand. We will use this piece as an insert in our newsletter and a handout during presentations.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a logo and information about our services, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a budget to print pieces, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to share more information about our program and our services as well as raise more money for our program.

OuWr organiztion services our so vast we end up with lists of bullet points and words that go on and on. We need something more visual about our program that can be used by board and staff for the program basics that is professiaonl and high quality. We want to tell our story, information and standardize the information in a way that interest people.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with a budget for print materials, finalized copy, high-resolution logo and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager also provides images for desired deliverables (if applicable), examples of existing marketing materials and links to online presence (website and social media)
  • Volunteer Manager shares brand messaging guidelines (if applicable)

  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss how print materials will be utilized, target audience, and style preferences
  • Professional develops preliminary sketches, and garners feedback from Volunteer Manager

  • Professional drafts print materials, and incorporates any feedback into final product
