Project details

What we need
  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional details

We are looking at bringing on additional staff to support our work, but want to ensure that our pay structure is just and sustainable before moving forward.

What we have in place
  • We can provide time with the Executive Director (the Food Club's HR staff member).

We can provide access to all of our HR records as needed.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,254 , allowing us to provide a week's worth of food to over 360 families.

The Community Food Club is committed to fighting poverty, not creating it. I want to make sure that we are providing our team with the right compensation and benefits.

I'm not skilled in HR but am eager to learn more so my team can feel supported and ensure that we get the best possible results for those we serve.
