  • 3-5 one hour calls with an events professional covering topics like concept, general structure, logistics, and target attendees
  • A written summary of topics discussed, including event concept and theme, general plan, estimated budget (optional), and articulated goals (feel free to use this template as a starting point)
  • Note: This project does not include on-site event coordination or support on the day of the event

My Brother's Table is planning a digital fundraising campaign In May 2021 to raise operational funds. We need help with concept/theme for the campaign. And would also like strategies on how to encourage recurring donations within the campaign.

What we have in place
  • We have a basic framework for the campaign utilizing social media, email and mailing. We have a potential matching donor and need help incorporating this into the overall plan and strategy. We are eager to work with you to conceptualize the theme for the campaign and get the project rolling to meet a May launch date.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to serve lunch for a week.

My Brother's Table does not accept any government funding and needs to raise it's operating budget every year. This past year has been extraordinary for the Table in so many ways - serving over 1 million meals since the pandemic hit in March 2020. Operating expenses have increased as well as the demand for free meals. This project will help MBT raise money so they can continue the mission of nourishing the community with free meals, hospitality and unconditional love.

  • Up to 6 calls with Professional, event point person, and/or others involved in strategy & decision-making
  • Professional drafts or gives feedback on event management timeline, identifying roles and responsibilities and, if applicable, general day-of-event schedule based on shared materials
