Employee Handbook
Employee Handbook
Project details
What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details
We do not currently have an employee handbook. We have a smattering of policy documents, and I have issued guidance on various issues verbally and via email. All of this needs to be captured and documented.
What we have in place
- We currently have a few written policies and established practices to document, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an office coordinator to assist, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to continue to invest in our facilities and teaching studios.
We are growing rapidly from 3 part time employees only 5 years ago to now 9 employees plus a full time Executive Director. We are also about to hire another full time position and another part time position.
