  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

The Carters House is a non-profit that provides homeless and title 1 students in Dallas County with no-cost equality clothing and standardized School Attire (SSA) to improve their school attendance and overall confidence. The Carters House need assistance with putting together a policy handbook for the organization, Interns, and Contractors. What we have in place
  • We currently have A mission statement, Fast Facts, and Services Provided., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have A general information page for the public., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to Provide more families with needed necessities and supplies that will eliminate stressors for low income families.

The Carters House now have a contract with different universities and now supervise Interns and contractors daily. This project is important for future inters and contractors, so that they are able to utilized the organization policy at hand and understand the Carters House policies effectively.
