What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

Looking for support writing an employee handbook to include: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, Non-Disclosure Agreements. Also hoping for basic agreement outlining standards of conduct, termination policies, anti-discrimination policies, non-disclosure agreements to accompany a scope of work for 1099 contractors for whom the employee handbook wouldn't apply.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a sample handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a nondisclosure agreement, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to invest in farm stewardship

we want to reflect our values internally by instituting contracts with roles, rights, responsibilities that ensure equity and accountability.
