Project details

What we need
  • Designs for a physical event collateral such as step-and-repeats, banners, tablecloths
  • Designs in appropriate formats for ordering with accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Recommendations on a vendor to create item
  • Note: This project does not include printing or ordering
Additional details

We would like to create banners for each of our 11 program sites with consistent theme/design elements. The creation of a single design template or similar banners with consistent elements/theme are both options we are open to.

What we have in place
  • We currently have logos for all our programs and graphics of previous banners, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to local printers, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to afford the production of the banners and other signage= -- improving our programs' visibility in the community.

We seek to help each of our programs maintain consistent branding elements with the rest of our agency, and this will create better tools for them to utilize.

Prep: Information Sharing
  • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with a budget for materials, finalized copy, high-resolution logo, and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager also provides details and example images for desired deliverables (if applicable), examples of existing marketing materials and links to online presence (website and social media)
  • Volunteer Manager shares event branding guidelines (if applicable)

Milestone 1: Graphic Creation
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss how print materials will be utilized, target audience, and style preferences
  • Professional develops preliminary sketches, and garners feedback from Volunteer Manager & makes adjustments as necessary

Milestone 2: Final Draft
  • Professional delivers the final versions in the desired electronic format
  • Professional provides guidance on printing specifications (colors, size, etc.)
  • Professional recommends vendor(s) for ordering physical items

What we do

We manage nine residential housing sites and provide services for children who have been abused, abandoned and/or neglected, at-risk children, pregnant women and families, low income seniors, the elderly, and adults and children with disabilities.
