What we need
- A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
- A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
Additional details
We need help growing our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram platforms. We have great content to share, writing, successes, programs, news - we need a clear strategy to grow our audience week by week. Need help with content calendar, hashtag, outreach, engagement, and trending follows and any other tools and strategies!
What we have in place
- We currently have Planoly for posting, established socmed handles, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have canva graphics templates and good content to share, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to focus on outreach to students to share our new free self-care and mindfulness mobile app for teens
We have been doing great work with self-care, mindfulness, SEL and teens for 7 years but we have never focused on building a following. We hope more people will know of the great results and we can increase public support, donations, and good cheer!

What we do
We provide educational tools and programs to both students and teachers/administrators that broadens teens perspectives on life, enhance their sense of possibility, and ground them in an experiential understanding of higher human potential. We also work with teachers and administrators to support them in understanding and managing secondary stress.
These new skills directly contribute to positive outcomes including: improved school attendance, increase in focus, stress reduction, decreased psychological issues, and increases in curiosity and joy.
