What we need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits

Additional details

Our mission
We use a collaborative approach to revolutionize the pantry distribution model through food equity research, client-centered services, and community partner engagement. Our vision is to strengthen families by building nutrition-stable communities.
What we do
Since 2001, Crossroads has nourished people and powered change in Dallas County and surrounding communities. Crossroads believes that when food equity is restored, people will have access to the food they need to live healthier lives and thrive, thereby breaking the cycle of poverty. Crossroads desires to reimagine the intersection between poverty and equitable access to food by building nutrition-stable communities.
