What we'd like to talk about

I'd like feedback on our plans and progress to attracting new major donors ($1,000+), and get any ideas on moving forward. Our CaF volunteer did a fantastic job, but we need further guidance!

Additional context

1 Expansion of pro bono legal work - Immigration Current Situation: * Kids coming to US CT from Central America escaping poverty abuse and violence (recruited by gangs) * Special Immigrant Juvenile status protects children from deportation allows them to remain safely in the U S * In the past CCA has served only Fairfield Hartford New Haven counties * 25-40 kids on wait list at any time .... The Need: Grant does not fully fund the project; Translation and interpretation services: $5K - $10K/year; Paralegal staff assistance

2. Disability Project: Current Situation: rights of students with disabilities and chronic health conditions being disregarded, denied access to appropriate child care programs andsummer enrichment programs * Ex: childcare centers kept out kids with epilepsy not giving them emergency medicine.
The Need: Approx $100K/year for the program will provide trainings, etc.
