Looking for assistance in performing a salary review and comparing to market rates. Also ensuring job descriptions align to job title.
What we have in place
- we currently have salary band and 2020 salary survey from MCN
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to pay our employees better.
The objective is to allow staff know they are being compensated at market rate or at least the organization is making an effort.
