What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We have a draft of an orientation handbook that establishes culture, roles, and conduct. We need help in resetting the tone and clarity of the document.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a draft, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have department playbooks, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to focus on the safe return of our staff to the office and (potentially) theatre.

We are preparing to hire a Finance and HR Manage at the beginning of our fiscal year which starts July 1. We'd like to have this in order for their orientation.

In addition, we are making preparations for the sustainable return to the office. It will be worthwhile to have this document available to distribute in (re)training.
