What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

We recently updated our collective bargaining agreement. We need to audit the employee handbook to match the changes made. The employee handbook also needs some updates.
What we have in place
- We currently have an outdated but fairly complete employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have two collective bargaining agreements (union contracts), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to continue working with low income people facing evictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
This will ensure we are in full compliance and saving on legal costs as well as being able to work more efficiently and not have to compare multiple documents or search around for answers to basic HR questions.
