What We Need
  • Well written copy for an email series (3-5 emails), or significant edits to an existing campaign

Hello! TRAK is looking for a volunteer who can help us re-assess our email marketing campaign to fit with our content calendar. We currently only send one email a month which is our monthly newsletter. We would like to become more active through creative and well planned email campaigns. We are looking for someone who has experience with non-profit email campaigns and email copywrite.

What We Have In Place
  • We currently have Mailchimp set up with over 2000 contacts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a content calendar, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to care for and feed one Mini Horse for a year.

Up until now, we rarely email our donors and supporters more than once a month through our newsletter- which they have to sign up for. When we have sent our marketing or solicitation emails during donation season, we get many unsubscribe notifications and very little engagement. We would like to create a consistent email marketing strategy so that we can secure more monthly donations and end of year contributions.

Our Mission

Strengthening kids and community through animal interaction. Program is focused on children with and without specific challenges. The focus of the program is to offer participants opportunities to provide service to people and animals of the community. Participants will receive specific educational skills, business, and vocational training that will aid in their efforts to help themselves, each other and their community.
