Salesforce Database Customization

What we need
  • A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
  • Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details

I have an existing SalesForce database, along with an up-to-date version of NPSP. I am a beginner in SF, and I want to better organize our database. I am considering switching to the Household Account model, and I need better ways to create reports (including customizable rollups).

What we have in place
  • We currently have a relatively small donor database and all NPSP reports, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a point-person who has used the database for about 4 years, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to efficiently fundraise and expand our work through funding resources that are currently going missing.

We are in need of better ways to compare donation totals year-by-year for at least the past five years, and in doing so, set goals for the future. We also need to identify potential major donors based on better reporting. Our primary goal at present is to convert more individual donors with capacity into major donors.
