What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
Additional details
We have some experience with Google Forms and SurveyMonkey. We may need to translate the survey into at least one other language, in addition to English.
What we have in place
- We currently have a client data base with contact information, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a strategic plan, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to provide immigration legal service to more immigrant families.
Client satisfaction is important to IIBA, because we strive to put our clients at the center of all our efforts. We want to ensure that our client survey is professionally designed so that we receive actionable information to improve our customer service.

Our mission
The Immigration Institute of the Bay Area (IIBA) provides high-quality immigration legal services, education, and civic engagement opportunities to immigrants, refugees, and their families as they join and contribute to the community.
What we do
With eight offices throughout the Bay Area that provide immigration legal services and education, as well as through collaborative efforts with local and regional service providers, IIBA helps immigrants, refugees, and their families join and contribute to our community. We offer immigrants the information and assistance they need to understand and exercise their rights and responsibilities. Because of IIBA's services, more immigrant families obtain stable immigration status in the United States.
