What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
Additional details
Help with navigating and effectively using Survey Monkey. To become more efficient with asking the right questions that will allow us to collect the data necessary. How to sort and present the data collected to show program progress, goals met and areas of improvement.
What we have in place
- We currently have a professional survey monkey, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have evaluations and goals we would like to meet, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to put more funds into to our actual program that supports our youth.
This project will help us set and reach program goals to achieve continued success and program goals. It will also help me to know what kind of questions I need to ask in order to retrieve the data we need to successfully attain grants and partnerships.

We create arts-based educational experiences that equip youth, arts managers, teaching artists, and scholars to move from theory to practice. We harness the power of the imagination to reshape the lives and communities we serve.
