What we need
  • Analysis of website’s on-page content, technical structure, and presence of inbound links on other websites for search engine optimization
  • Actionable steps to improve website’s performance in search engines via organic search
Additional details

We would love to have a better understanding of how people are navigating to our website, as well as how easy it is to find and what they are accessing upon arrival.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a new website, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff ready to be trained, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,174 , allowing us to continue serving the mental health needs of families in our community.

We are a low budget organization that serves a high needs community. Our website was recently redesigned, but we would love to optimize our site to engage more donors/investors, as well as see how many people are accessing our information. As we continue to grow, we need to work with a professional to understand how to best reach a broad range of needs.

  • Professional creates list of every page in a spreadsheet with notes and recommendations for improvement

  • Professional assesses technical site elements that affect crawlability like sitemap, use of HTTPS, HTML structure, site speed, and presence of 404 or server errors
  • Professional provides recommendations to improve search engine indexing

Milestone 3: Off-Site Link Audit
  • Professional uses a free tool (like Moz ) to assess presence and state of backlinks and anchor text
  • Professional provides recommendations to improve domain and page authority
