What we need
  • A compilation of research on a specific topic (e.g. industry best practices, literature review, media contacts, industry trends, etc.) including a list of sources
  • Recommendations on areas for further exploration/research
  • Note: This project is not designed to be used for prospect or grant research
Additional details

We have been working in our community for 25 years, but many people don't know about us! We need to spread the word, which means reaching out to press to share our work and tell others how to find us. We need help finding and compiling contact information for arts and culture reporters, bloggers,and influencers in our region (Northern VA, Central VA, Richmond, Charlottesville, and DC).

What we have in place
  • We currently have information on local press, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a template for the data to go into, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,494 , allowing us to focus on day-to-day operations while still getting the valuable info we need to grow as an organization.

Despite working with local schools, other nonprfoit organizations, artists, and art lovers for years, we areusually a "surprise" find for visitors to our community. This project will enable us to reach out directly to regional press to share our exciting projects and ultimately expand our reach.
