We are a small non-profit that has grown quickly - almost double the number of staff in 2 years (from 20 to 40). There is no compensation plan. We operate more like a family business than a mid-size non-profit. I want to put together a compensation plan that is fair and transparent.

What we have in place
  • We currently have access to payroll reports from ADP., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have job descriptions that are mostly current, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to continue to house individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

We are having issues with staff retention. Today's workers want accountability and transparency from their employer. I believe a compensation plan is one step in approvin
