We require assistance in creating a press release for our annual end-of-year fundraising event known as the Annual Pecan Harvest. This year, we are hosting a savory buffet of pecan-themed foods and beverages, a presentation of our Dance Theater, presenting the Mission Heritage Awards, a silent auction, and a raffle. The event will happen on Saturday, December 4, 2021, from 6- 9 PM CST at Progreso Hall located at 1306 Guadalupe Ave, San Antonio, TX 78207.
What we have in place
- We currently have the event details, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have potential budget for tools/software, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,348 , allowing us to continue maximizing our resources to serve our Native community.
This is our annual end-of-year fundraiser event and having a captivating press release to tell our story and initiate support by potential donors, funders and partners will facilitate our mission in the community.

Our mission
The Mission of the American Indians in Texas at the Spanish Colonial Missions is to work for the preservation and protection of the culture and traditions of the Tap Pilam Coahuiltecan Nation and other indigenous people of the Spanish Colonial Missions in South Texas and Northern Mexico through: education, research, community outreach, economic development projects and legislative initiatives at the local, state and federal level.
