Project details

What we need
  • Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
  • Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
Additional details

We would like a compensation study/review of our current compensation plans and policies for our staff. We are a human services organization that employs primarily social workers but also have other positions in fund development, administration, etc. Our goal is to ensure we are competitive within our field.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a staff member assigned to this project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a staff member assigned to this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,716 , allowing us to focus that money on providing more services to our clients, finding more families for children in foster care and more support to youth who age out of foster care without a permanent family.

We provide services to children, youth and families touched by the foster care system. We find permanent, stable families for children in foster care, support those families and also provide services to youth who age out of foster care. This project will help us ensure we attract and retain high-quality, diverse staff which will allow us to serve those children, families and youth to the best of our ability.
