Membership Strategy
Help Infinity Visual & Performing Arts develop a strategy to bring in new members, or improve their current membership program, to increase engagement and support their fundraising and community-building goals.
Membership Strategy
Project details
What we need
- A Membership Strategy document of 2-4 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new or improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
Additional details
Needs include membership strategy specifically for attracting new students via social media/online enrollment via our website and local outreach ideas, as well as developing a strategy to remain in contact with Alumni after they've left our program.
What we have in place
- Infinity offers a variety of membership levels, some that are coordinated by our Development Director (sponsors, individual donors, corporate, etc.) and some that are coordinated by our Marketing Coordinator and ED (including reaching new student members, and building relationships with Alumni). This project will focus specifically on new student membership and alumni relations with support of Infinity's Marketing Coordinator. We have access to historical data and new information as needed.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,848 , allowing us to continue growing fun, creative, and unique programming that serves our students and gives them a positive outlet, supportive mentorship structure, and freedom to explore many art forms!
During COVID-19 Infinity lost 50% of our enrolled students despite continuing virtual services. Now, as we begin to rebuild and grow enrollment, we want to approach new strategies and ideas for engaging our community, as well as for encouraging our alumni to remain involved long-term. We believe that serving young people through the arts and giving students a voice through their creativity will help revitalize our community.
