What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

We currently have an employee handbook that needs an overhaul. It would be great to also get help in our onboarding process.

- We currently have an employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have onboarding materials, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to retain and completely support our staff.
Our organization hires a lot of younger adults, who are asked to come to our office for four hours to read through the employee handbook and complete the onboarding process. They usually don't look at anything and just sign what is needed to be signed - so we run into major issues as they begin working. Also, with the last two years of COVID-19, we realized that our handbook needs emergency protocols.
