Project details

What we need
  • Analysis of the current process and creation of a current state map
  • A document outlining potential goals of process improvement
Additional details

We would like to improve our recruiting process and add standardization with hopes of increasing efficiency. We have recently automated some steps with ADP Workforce now recruitment module and still need to ensure we are optimizing the use of the module and increasing efficiency where we can.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a current state process outline, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have SMEs who are ready to work on this, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,948 , allowing us to invest more in our staff and the support they can give to our families and children.

We are a non-profit that provides support to children and families who are in crisis. The staff we have to serve and support them are so important and are life-altering front-line team members. Getting this process right is important to the whole system and our community.

Testimonials

Harold is a true professional and an expert in his field! It was an absolute pleasure to work with him. He helped us to stay focused and bring clarity to a complex and time-sensitive process. My team looked forward to each meeting with Harold. That is a significant statement given the number of competing priorities we all had and considering process mapping and assessment is not your typical exciting meeting topic. We had meaningful progress at every step and are much better for our work with Harold. We remain very thankful and appreciative of his expert guidance and support. Well done.

Process Assessment Project

It was a pleasure to work with the folks at UMFS. I didn’t do work “for” them. I did work “with” them. We refined the project definition. They were open to a different way to visualize their process. What medical imaging is to diagnosis, process mapping is to identifying why and where to make improvements. Looking at the current state, they spotted bottle necks. They’re gathering data to define how the process is performing AND they are engaging the people in the process. It was great to get to know and work with such caring and focused people.
