What we need
- A Membership Strategy document of 2-4 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new or improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
Additional details
Our current membership program, while moderately successful, seems like an "old school" program. I'm looking for ways to refresh and enliven the program with younger and more diverse groups as our target.
What we have in place
- We currently have existing members and membership program, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have enthusiasm for change, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,848 , allowing us to focus on supporting our members.
Membership represents a small but important part of our system. With a change over to a new database system, we want to take our members from base level donors to upper level donors. We want to engage and make them part of our community.
