What We Need
- Review of job descriptions, pay structure, internal value, competitive market data, non-monetary rewards and benefits
- Recommendations for updating staff compensation and incentive plans
What We Have In Place
- We currently have a document from BGCA w/ salary data adjusted for our area, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have people assessing and updating all of our job descriptions, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to help ensure our young people succeed academically, grow in character and leadership and make health life decisions, and ultimately reach their full potential.
We currently don't have a clear plan or relevant policies for compensation. We do our best to make sure everyone is treated fairly but it's figured out as we go. We need a plan.
