  • Note: This project does not include salary/benefit recommendations or offer letter construction.

I need assistance drafting a position description and strategizing how to market my position so that we attract a diverse candidate pool.

What we have in place
  • We currently have A list of job responsibilites, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a committee of people who are willing to assist, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,765 , allowing us to invest more in the way we promote the position or reallocate funds to programming.

We are an early-stage organization and this will be only our third full-time employee. The process and strategy for bringing in the right person will be something that we utilize as we scale. Hiring is also the most important decision that we make and we are trying to do everything right to support the growth of our organization.
