Biography

A United Methodist pastor with twenty-two years of experience in the United States and United Kingdom, Robert is pastor of Hinton Avenue United Methodist Church. Rachel's Haven is a vision for inclusive, supportive community for those with intellectual disabilities and others partly inspired by the ministry of Robert's late wife, the Rev. Rachel Downs-Lewis.
