What We Need
- 3-5 one hour consulting sessions covering topics like run of show, tech requirements, menu planning, etc.
- Written summary and/or notes on plans and best practices for topics discussed (e.g., a document outlining the sequence timing, content, logistics, and programming for an upcoming event)
Additional Details
On October 15, 2023, the PUSH organization will host the Grand Opening of our new dance sanctuary in San Francisco. We have established the programming in terms of the artists and we are now in need of logistics for a celebration event.
What We Have In Place
- We currently have a dedicated staff member and timeline, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a budget, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to have peace of mind that we are entering our Grand Opening with a well thought out plan. Thank you!
Holding our event will afford us a great deal of support from our constituents and also assist us in getting the word out about our new physical dance space.
