Website Content Plan
Website Content Plan
Project details
What we need
- A document outlining each page and section of the website, with descriptions of written and visual content for each
- An assessment of the written content, specifically indicating where written content is final, draft (needs editing), or needs to be written from scratch
- An assessment of the visual content, specifically indicating which visual assets are ready and which need to be created or sourced
- Advice on how to collect content from other places (e.g., marketing materials, grant proposals, event photos, etc.) and edit it for the website
- Note: This project is for content planning only. For additional support, see the Website Creation: Build a Brand New Site bundle
Additional details
As a young 501c3 organization that partners with Sheriff PAL Oakland County, Macho Corps is in the process of planning our website. We have a draft of the message we want to communicate. We need mentorship on how to influence potential donors to contribute, volunteer, and share our mission. Additionally, we need guidance on maintaining the presence of our site by uploading ongoing content including pictures and videos, and embedding features such as PayPal. Thank you!
What we have in place
- We currently have a draft each proposed page's content, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a logo, pictures and documentation, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,636 , allowing us to provide personalized Christmas gifts to 10 kids in the Metro Detroit area. One of the unique aspects of Macho Corps is we shop to kids' lists furthering the message, "Know you are loved."
Developing a thorough WCP will help us effectively navigate the creation and maintenance of our site. The site will serve as a beacon to the public and private sectors to promote our mission and vision, provide an authentic landing spot for grant and financial resource entities, and enable us to effectively promote our events and delivery of gifts to financially challenged families.
