What we need
  • 3-5 one hour strategy sessions covering topics like potential volunteer market, timeline, strategies for outreach and recommendations for implementation (potential risks, possible management tools, etc.)
  • A written summary of goals, target audiences and channels to prioritize
  • A starter plan of recommendations & actionable next steps to begin executing your strategy.
Additional details

We have a varied range of volunteer needs including assistance at community events, on trail participant assistance, warehouse and gear maintenance and light clerical tasks in the office.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a list of current volunteer needs, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a list of current of volunteers, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,866 , allowing us to provide high quality and safe trips for our participants.

Our volunteers are needed to provide extra hands on support in many capacities.

  • Up to 3 strategy sessions with Professional to discuss what roles the volunteer program should focus on, a realistic timeline for recruitment, and identify ways for the organization to find volunteers
