Website Visual Design
Website Visual Design
Project details
What we need
- A visual redo of the Organization's website
- Design direction based on Organization's desired branding and style preferences
- Mock-ups of key site pages
- Commitment to 2 phone calls with a developer to guide initial front-end coding work
- Note: We recommend this project for custom websites. If your site is built on a CMS platform like Wordpress or Squarespace that offers templates, you may not need this project. Check out our Website Content Plan project for help building a CMS-based website
Additional details
A UX Designer with Ruby on Rails programming experience to make fixes on ywamconverge.org for better mobile responsiveness.
What we have in place
- We currently have a complete Ruby on Rails site, with new test environments, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have enterprise-level volunteers, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $9,186 , allowing us to keep our fees very low for underprivileged, women, and minority students around the world and to use our limited resources for marketing purposes.
We are ready to go to market with this program, however the UX on mobile devices is not yet where we need it. Getting these few fixes done will help us to confidently present this platform and program to our target market.
Project plan
Our mission
We are a ministry location of YWAM International with a staff team of certified coordinators on five continents. We serve hundreds of YWAM campus ministries staff, host partners, and volunteers.
Vision: To recapture the purpose of the university and proclaim the Gospel in every nation through every vocation.
Mission: To foster student-led missions to and through every sphere of influence.
What we do
We cannot know God's calling until we know our story, especially the parts that hinder us. Jesus is calling us to engage our stories so we can engage our world.
We are developing missions-minded leaders for every sphere of influence. We facilitate opportunities for students to learn how to make a difference. Our target students are from ANYWHERE; they are ready to go into ALL the world, including EVERY area of influence. (Mt. 28:18-20).
Since 1989, we have coordinated internships for hundreds of students from over one hundred universities to nearly 50 countries to help start businesses and plant churches, install water pumps, establish therapy routines for disabled, perform research in clinics, develop nutritional plans for hospices, and create curriculum for schools. With Converge platform, we are preparing to connect, equip, and send over 300 interns per year.
