Mission, Vision & Values
Mission, Vision & Values
Project details
What we need
- Review of existing mission, vision and/or values
- Analysis of the existing programs and any future plans
- Strategic consultation surrounding the existing functions and the core needs the Organization seeks to address
- Freshly written mission, vision & values statements
What we have in place
- We currently have a draft and discussion threads of how we got there, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have prior versions since our founding in 1993, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,673 , allowing us to offer our services to hurting families in three new counties!
We are in the midst of a massive expansion to new counties and our ability to clearly define our mission is absolutely critical. Foster Care is a complex issue and it can be difficult for people to wrap their heads around our work. Having a simple, sticky statement will enable us to create the necessary metrics and messaging for success.
Project plan
Our mission
Help One Child strengthens families impacted by foster care and adoption.
What we do
Help One Child is committed to our unique, holistic approach, serving the full breadth of child welfare from prevention through emancipation or post-adoption.
By partnering with local churches and community agencies, we address the unique needs of foster, adoptive and vulnerable families, striving to positively impact the long-term health and stability for family preservation.
Testimonials
Robert had great insight and asked generative questions to help the process along!
It was a pleasure working with Help One Child. They have an important mission and I appreciated their attention to being able to articulate it so they can collaborate with a growing number of volunteers and supporters. They were well organized and focused on working on the Catchafire project and I was glad to be able to contribute to their work.
