Document Template Creation

Project details

What we need
  • Design of one template for a document based on Organization's Visual Brand Guidelines that can be customized for various needs (e.g., letterhead)
  • Design of one specific document (e.g., appeal letter)
  • Note: This project is for a single page template only. For longer presentations, please use the Presentation Creation project
Additional details

We work with local hotels to provide complimentary rooms for cancer patients traveling for treatment. I would like the letter to reflect the reason, benefits and entice them to get involved.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a letter for review, brochure and program guidelines, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our logo and other brand identification information, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $945 , allowing us to provide more programs and resources for patients.

Lodging is one of the main barriers patients don't begin or finish treatment. This program helps to eliminate that barrier so patients can hopefully have a better outcome.
