What we need
  • Creation of a Facebook Ad Campaign for a pre-determined number of ads including advertising objectives, target audience, budget, and schedule
  • Training on how to successfully update, monitor, and measure the performance of your ads on Facebook
  • Facebook pixel creation, if appropriate
Additional details

We need support with launching a Tax Check-Off Campaign on Facebook. We already have the materials ready to go. We also have two Facebook pages, and we are wondering if they can be merged together for this campaign. In addition, we also have a small budget for advertising.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Tax Check Off Marketing Materials for Child Abuse Prevention, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a budget for advertising., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to Saving us money on this project would allow us to grant out more money to our Affiliate partners so they can continue to have a greater impact in their communities in Oregon.

This project is critical for our Child Abuse Prevention program as it helps us to raise money for families and children in Oregon who need the most support and access to resources to thrive.

Prep: Information Gathering
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss the Organization’s current Facebook marketing strategies (if any), advertising objectives/ define call to action, and ideal target audience
    *Volunteer Manager shares available budget and schedule, as well as target audience email list (if applicable) with Professional
  • Volunteer Manager grants Professional access to the Organization’s existing Facebook account
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree on a set number/variations of ads for the Professional to create for the campaign

Milestone 1: Campaign & Ad Set-Up
  • Professional begins campaign set up by selecting a campaign objective
  • Professional creates ad set based on specific audience, detailed targeting, placements, and selects daily budget and schedule determined by Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: Ad Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates Facebook ad(s) and links to desired landing page (if any)
  • Professional shares ad(s) with Volunteer Manager and receives feedback
  • Professional incorporates feedback and submits ad(s) for Facebook review

Milestone 3: Tracking & Analytics
  • Professional trains Volunteer Manager how to track and analyze Facebook Advertising performance
  • Professional explains to Volunteer Manager how to update Ad Set, including how to turn off ad sets instead of deleting them
