Project details

What we need
  • 3-5 one-on-one sessions with a coach to work on your individual methods of organizing your time and priorities
  • Recommendations on the best tools for your organizational needs
What we have in place
  • We currently have processes, calendar and project management tools, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have policies that should govern at least some of this, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,968 , allowing us to do our work more effectively, essentially working smarter, not harder, to actually accomplish more.

Our staff work in a rapid fire environment where we are constantly responding to civil rights and human rights crises. This can make time management incredibly challenging but also all the more critical. Several of our staff have grappled with time management as a result and a coach would enable them to engage and practice in a way that helps them sustain themselves and succeed in their work.
