Project details
What we need
- Customized Excel Training session(s) for up to 5 people over the course of 1-2 days
- Sessions may be broken up into Beginner, Intermediate, and/or Advanced
- Sample topics may include: formulas, commonly used functions, autofill, sorting and filtering, freezing, hiding, and grouping, formatting tips, keyboard shortcuts, pivot tables, charting and graphing, print readiness, collaborative work issues, and overall best practices
What we have in place
- We currently have de-identified database in excel to track outcomes, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have flexible hours to work with the Co-PI of the project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,174 , allowing us to prioritize funding for clients who cannot cover the cost of our services.
Our grant-funded project offers telehealth services, including individual assessment and group intervention services, to older adults with neurological diseases and their families. It is vital for us to demonstrate positive outcomes of the project, as well as barriers and facilitators to our service provision for dissemination purposes. We currently use Excel to track outcomes and would like to maximize our skill set to best advocate for best practices in dementia care.

Our mission
Eastern Michigan University's Center for the Advancement of Neurobehavioral Health is a team of faculty and graduate students in clinical psychology dedicated to improving the lives of individuals across the lifespan through research and clinical service.
What we do
We promote neurobehavioral health across the lifespan. Neurobehavioral health addresses prevention, assessment, and treatment in complex populations that present with a myriad of psychological, cognitive and medical problems. It focuses on neurodevelopmental and neurocognitive disorders. Neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder typically present in childhood, and later-life neurocognitive disorders, such as Alzheimer's disease, stroke, or traumatic brain injury, create pressing public health concerns across the lifespan. Emotional and behavioral challenges often accompany cognitive difficulties and require specialized skill sets from providers and care partners. EMU CANH offers solutions to healthcare systems and families through research and clinical efforts.
