What we need
  • Setup and implementation of Google Workspace account and specific apps
  • Training for up to 5 staff on how to configure and use Google's apps
  • Note: Google Apps for Nonprofits (Google Workspace) is free for qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits, and includes 30GB of storage across Gmail and Google Drive
Additional details

We're looking to link our domain that resides on Dreamhost with Gsuite through the Gsuite nonprofit service. We need about 6 email accounts set up and a basic training on all of the applications. Training can be held between all staff members at once through a conference call.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Dreamhost and the domain registered, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have knowledgable staff members, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,785 , allowing us to work more seamlessly.

We want to set up a separate email for all staff members to be able to use under our domain.

  • Volunteer Manager applies for G Suite for Nonprofits , or has a Google Workspace account and is ready to set it up

Milestone 1: Information Gathering
  • Volunteer Manager shares current suite of applications team uses, along with current storage and file management system
  • Professional provides recommended list of Google apps to setup, and incorporates feedback from Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: Implementation and Training
  • Professional sets up requested Google Workspace apps, such as Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and Google Hangouts.
  • Professional sets up Gmail with an initial set of email groups (if necessary)
  • Professional sets up G Suite account admin privileges for Organization’s designated admin users
  • Professional provides a basic tutorial on the functionality of different applications, as well as instructions for admin users

Our mission

Felicia's Farm works to lift lives in Tucson. David Cutler started Felicia's Farm in his backyard with Felicia's vision as the mission; "to feed the people and teach them to feed themselves." As a basic need, addressing hunger is primary to enabling better lives.

What we do

200,000 people in our area experience food insecurity. 1 in 5 of our neighbors aren't getting what they need.
Our free range chicken eggs and peak of freshness produce reach over 6,800 people every month.
100% of production is donated to 10 community organizations providing to our neighbors in need.
Nutritious food is transformational. Everyone needs good food.
