What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
Additional details
A community school has an integrated focus on academics, health and social services, youth and community development and community engagement, which leads to improved student learning, stronger families and healthier communities. United Way would like to survey our Community Schools partners through an online needs assessment as a way to fill gaps, understand strengths and identify growth opportunities with a tool that has the capability of generating reports based on the survey feedback.
What we have in place
- We currently have an example of an online needs assessment to replicate, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have additional statistics on our school partners, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to redirect those funds into other resources, such as closing the Digital Divide in Southeastern Michigan.
Having access to this tool will help to transform data analytics and technology into a competitive advantage of our organization, accelerating the implementation of our Community Schools Initiative and allowing the opportunity for continuous program improvement and organizational performance.
