Project details

What we need
  • A compelling narrative, or set of stories
  • Persuasive copy that can be used in appeals to donors, annual reports, grant applications, and media relations
  • Popular examples: Organization's founding story, a program achievement or milestone, a look back at the past few years, organizational backgrounder, etc.
  • Note: This project is not intended to support your general content planning or marketing but there are several projects in our Marketing & Communications category which are a good fit!
Additional details

We have served the Tucson area for over 50 years providing before/after school programs, preschool, K-12 summer school. We are currently transitioning from childcare/educational services to providing resources that our youth and families need to overcome hardship. Since our new endeavor is beginning from the bottom up, we feel that sharing a compelling story of our past combined with our future goals will give us a starting point to begin a successful marketing campaign.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a staff member who has been with us for 30 years, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have motivated staff and board members, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $945 , allowing us to limit our expenses while we seek funding through donors and grants.

Our story will be the foundation for establishing our new vision and mission for our organization. We are well known in our community for our past services. We want to use our story to maintain our ties to the past and make new connections and establish partnerships as we transition into our future programs.

It was a great pleasure to work with Tom. He was attentive, intuitive, and efficient. He asked all the right questions and provided us with more than we had initially expected. I highly recommend Tom for other projects.
