We are in need of a new website (content re-fresh and re-design and would like and audit. This will help determine recommendations on the best platform to use, as well identify other priorities/updates needed to more closely align the website with our mission, connect with web visitors and create a more user-friendly site for donors.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a staff contact to help with questions, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have some analytics from the current platform host, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to invest in more program/services support and create content that demonstrates the impact we have in our community.

An update of the website will help more closely align the content with our mission, strengthen our ability to demonstrate impact of our programs and services, and share stories about the impact we have in the community. A re-freshed website will help more closely align with our mission and create a more user-friendly space for the public to visit, easier to donate, and an opportunity to highlight our corporate and individual donors and add video content; connecting visitors to our mission

  • Professional connects with Volunteer Manager for a brainstorming/overview session and gathers information on the Organization’s goals, target audiences and desired functionality or uses of the website

Milestone 1: Initial Review & Feedback
  • Professional reviews current website pages, site map, any past statistical research into site performance and available traffic data
  • Professional analyzes current site layout, visuals and content, and delivers a draft document detailing the strategies, objectives and recommended tactics for proposed changes to the website
  • Volunteer Manager reviews draft and provides feedback to the Professional

Milestone 2: Final Website Audit
  • Professional delivers final strategy to the Organization after incorporating feedback, and provides recommendations for future overhaul or redesign efforts, based on staff capacity and budget
