What we'd like to talk about

I'd love to learn from someone with experience running targeted ads on LinkedIn. We're curious to hear the norms and best practices around ads which link to blogs/platforms where we've guest written.

Additional context

As we're aiming to increase brand awareness and our reputation as a thought leader in our sector, we often try to have pieces published externally - outlets that might add credibility to those efforts. We love sharing learnings and we'd also like to catch the eye of funders with a shared mission. Is it appropriate / wise to do this on LinkedIn where we think we could reach the right person at some of our top prospects (vs the org's marketing manager on other platforms)? Do we need permission from the site owner? Does this entire idea sound disingenuous or misguided? Excited to learn more about social ad norms!
