Project details

What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

Our existing Employee Handbook needs some work and updating. We want to ensure that it is as inclusive as possible. The entire thing should be written with IDEA (inclusion, diversity, equity, access) at the center.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an existing Employee Handbook that covers many of the basics, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an Operations Manager dedicated to improving this handbook, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to onboard new employees and provide them with important information from day one that they need to feel comfortable at our organization and answer any questions they might have.

We are planning to hire three new people over the next few months and we want the employee handbook to provide them with all of the fundamental information they need, while also setting expectations, making them aware of their rights, and communicating that this is an organization that is open to different types of people and ideas.
