- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

Hello! We have an employee handbook but it seems very lengthy and a little confusing. Need help streamlining and simplifying.
What we have in place
- We currently have an employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff and board members to assist, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,480 , allowing us to confidently hire new staff expand our programs and impact.
We are moving from a one person organization to 2-3 people and need to be clear about expectations, policies and compliant with the law.
