Project details

What we need
  • 3-5 one-on-one sessions with a coach to work on your individual methods of organizing your time and priorities
  • Recommendations on the best tools for your organizational needs
Additional details

I tend to work in crisis mode, distracted by tasks that are unrelated to work that should be higher priority. Despite my ability to problem-solve and create effective processes for my team, I have no system to organize my own tasks and projects. I have a lifelong tendency toward procrastination, reinforced by success with last-minute projects. It's time to systematize my work to create a space for satisfaction with my productivity, and therefore better outcomes for my company.

What we have in place
  • This project is an outgrowth of my journey to address my feeling that I am constantly overwhelmed, so I have a head start on my motivations or lack thereof. Untangling my procrastination has been one aspect of that work, too. I can delineate the tasks that distract me, as well as the work I should be attending to most of the time. I have access to a variety of organizational tools, both online and on paper. My motivation level is high, and I'm very open to listening and learning.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,748 , allowing us to fund our free Aloha Teen Theatre program for 4 months.

I need to be working on executive-level projects to move us forward in our development. As we move into recovery from the pandemic, I need to be ready to push us into our next phase of growth. I have the skills, knowledge and experience to lead organizational change, but I need to focus to make it happen.
