Project details

What we need
  • Update to or creation of one new HR policy or procedure, such as any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety & Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation & Benefits policies, Work From Home Policies, etc.
Additional details

We need to establish our maternity leave policy as a non-profit organization. I am hoping to have this finalized by the end of May.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an organizational policy manual, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have policy goals, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,480 , allowing us to offer free culturally relevant college advising to Latinx high school students in NC.

We are eager to ensure our staff have clear expectations from our organization around paternity and maternity leave policies. We want to make sure these policies reflect our value.
