What we need
- A compelling narrative, or set of stories
- Persuasive copy that can be used in appeals to donors, annual reports, grant applications, and media relations
- Popular examples: Organization's founding story, a program achievement or milestone, a look back at the past few years, organizational backgrounder, etc.
- Note: This project is not intended to support your general content planning or marketing but there are several projects in our Marketing & Communications category which are a good fit!
Additional details
We have several quotes and stories from alumni that we have collected over the years and we need help turning them into compelling success stories that we can share with prospective donors as part of our overall "building a case for fundraising support" project.
What we have in place
- We currently have several quotes from alumni, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have video footage of alumni talking about the impact our org had, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to redirect those funds directly into our program where it will have the most impact
This initial project will be the foundation of our overall organizational plan to "build a compelling case for fundraising support"

Founded in 2002, America SCORES Los Angeles inspires urban youth to lead healthy lives, be engaged students, and have the confidence and character to make a difference in their community.
What we do
America SCORES LA partners exclusively with Title 1 urban schools to provide a no-cost, high-quality, team-based after school program that integrates soccer, poetry, and service-learning. Our innovative approach improves students' health, academic achievement, and civic engagement.
