Our organization is looking to review and update our current compensation plan and map out a strategy that will serve us and our staff for the next several years. Our goals are to remain competitive for hiring in a fast-changing job market, and to continue to retain and look after our committed, long-term staff members.

What we have in place
  • We currently have job descriptions and salary histories on hand, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to previous and current budget figures, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to increase our payroll budget!
