What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

We currently have a handbook that was created in 2005, plus miscellaneous policies that have been created over the years separate from the handbook. We are hoping to compile everything into one handbook and make sure that our policies are all up-to-date.
What we have in place
- While our "active" handbook is from 2005, we do have a handbook that we have been working on for the last couple of years that we would also provide. It includes more updated policies, plus we would include copies of all of our other ad hoc policies. This has simply been a project that has been difficult to prioritize, especially during the pandemic. I believe we have most of the pieces and just need assistance putting them all together.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to use those funds to continue the lifesaving work of the organization.
Our active handbook is incredibly outdated and no longer a useful resource for staff. An updated handbook would prove to be valuable for current and new staff members.
